TrueWows now implements a "truth stake" for every post or reply.

Wownero is staked (parked) off-chain in TrueWow's wallet. The stake yield is configurable by the user in the form of the response cost for truthful content.

The truth stake is refunded after 7 days if a post or comment isn't refuted, else it's paid out to the comments that refuted successfully in proportion to each comment's truth stake.

Response cost can be earned indefinitely, long after the truth stake is refunded.
